Shipping and Return Policy

Domestic Shipments:

Average delivery time can take 7 to 10 business days.

International Shipments:

Average delivery time can take a minimum of 2-3 weeks depending on customs clearance.

Return to Sender Packages:

Should a package be "returned to sender" for a wrong or insufficient address, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping charges to have the package reshipped.

Returns:

The Chinese Etymology Institute offers a 90-day money back guarantee. The package must be returned in mint condition within 90 days of the purchase date and the customer must submit a copy of his or her Chinese Etymology study log. Chinese Etymology Institute will review the study log to ensure the customer made a true effort to learn Chinese Etymology. Customers that submit a study log that does not show a true effort to learn Chinese Etymology will not quality for the guarantee. This guarantee is only for those who truly want to learn Chinese and will give Chinese Etymology an honest and true effort. The cost of the return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
